The 8-step journey
Offer Builder
A price is not an offer. An offer is what makes saying yes easy.
The problem this solves
You picked a price that felt safe, put three tiers on a page, and nobody buys. The problem is rarely the number — it is that the buyer cannot tell what they get, what happens if it does not work, or why they should decide now rather than later.
What it does
The builder walks the parts of an offer separately: what is included, what it is anchored against, the guarantee that takes the risk off the buyer, and the bonuses that make the decision easier. Pricing is anchored to what the problem costs the buyer, not to your hosting bill.
What you end up with
The output, not the description. This is what exists in your account after you use it.
- A priced offer with tiers, each one stating what the buyer gets rather than which features are enabled.
- A guarantee written as a condition on your own obligation, which is the form that moves deals.
- The objections it has to answer, taken from your persona.
- A score against the data you have recorded, naming the weakest part rather than giving a grade.
How to use it
- 1
Anchor to the cost of the problem
What does this problem cost the buyer per month today? That is the number the price argues against.
- 2
Write the guarantee
A guarantee that removes a real risk outperforms a discount and costs less. Vague reassurance does neither.
- 3
Answer the objections you already know
The persona records them. An offer that answers them on the page does not need you in the room.
