Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. Here's how to delete integration data, revoke platform access, and permanently delete your account.
Delete Integration Data
When you connect a third-party service (like Stripe, Google Analytics, or GitHub), we import metrics and analytics data into your account. You can delete this data at any time.
How to delete data from a specific integration:
- 1Go to Integrations and click on the integration you want to manage.
- 2Click the "Delete All Data" button (red) in the connection panel at the top.
- 3Confirm the deletion. This permanently removes all imported metrics, channel mappings, and the connection credentials.
This is permanent. Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you reconnect the integration later, it will start fresh with no historical data.
What gets deleted:
- ✗ All imported metrics and analytics data from that platform
- ✗ Channel mappings that link the platform's data to your funnel and GTM plan
- ✗ Stored access tokens, refresh tokens, and API keys (encrypted at rest)
- ✗ The integration connection record itself
What is NOT deleted:
- ✓ Your products, personas, positioning, offers, and other journey data (these are yours, not from the integration)
- ✓ Execution logs and activity you manually logged
- ✓ Your account and settings
Revoke Platform Access
When you connect via OAuth (one-click connect), you grant The Mark Platform permission to read data from the provider. You can revoke this access at any time from the provider's settings.
After revoking access on the provider's side, our stored tokens become invalid automatically. We recommend also clicking "Delete All Data" on our platform to remove any imported data.
Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your entire account and all associated data:
- 1Go to Settings
- 2Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom
- 3Click "Delete Account" and confirm
This deletes everything: your products, research, personas, offers, execution logs, integrations, imported data, API keys, coaching plans, leads, and all other account data. This action is irreversible.
