Your 90-Day Go-To-Market Journey
We break the overwhelming task of "doing marketing" into 8 clear steps with daily guidance. Each step builds on the last. No guessing, no skipping, no overwhelm.

what you did
Skipping a step does not save time — it moves the guesswork downstream. An offer built without a persona is priced for nobody in particular, and the platform will say so rather than generating around the gap.

2 of 4 done- Post the teardown in r/devopsReddit · playbook · target 1 post
- Send 10 first-touch emailsCold email · template · target 10
- Follow up on last week’s 8 opensCold email · follow-up 2 · target 8
- Add the guarantee to the pricing pageOffer · blocks the funnel fix
Bottleneck: your funnel loses most people between trial and paid. The guarantee is the cheapest thing that moves it, which is why it is on this week rather than more outreach.
Where they stop
Trial to paid is the leak. Traffic is not the problem here, and buying more of it would have hidden that for another month.
Every number here is illustrative. Read what the Marketing Coach and the funnel mapper actually produce.
Define Your Product
Start with a structured product workbook. Document your core problem, who it's for, how it's different, and what success looks like. Formulas and fill-in examples guide every field.
Why this matters: Without a clear product definition, every marketing decision downstream is a guess. This step forces clarity.
Research Your Customers
Conduct 5-10 customer interviews and log them in the platform. Validate your assumptions about pain points, willingness to pay, and where customers spend time.
Why this matters: The #1 reason startups fail: building something nobody wants. Customer research catches this before you waste months.
Write Your Positioning
Craft a positioning statement using the formula: For [target] who [problem], [product] is a [category] that [benefit]. Unlike [alternatives], we [differentiation].
Why this matters: If you can't explain what you do in one sentence, your landing page, emails, and ads won't work either.
Build Buyer Personas
Create detailed profiles of your ideal customers with demographics, pain points, fears, aspirations, budget ranges, and the channels where they spend time.
Why this matters: Generic marketing reaches nobody. Personas let you write copy, pick channels, and set prices for a specific person.
Structure Your Offer
Package your product with pricing, a guarantee, bonuses, and a clear engagement model. Test pricing against your persona's budget range.
Why this matters: A good product with a bad offer doesn't sell. Your offer is what people actually buy — not your features.
Plan Go-To-Market
Choose 2-3 marketing channels based on where your persona spends time. Set 90-day goals, weekly targets, and a specific strategy for each channel.
Why this matters: Spreading across 10 channels means you're thin everywhere. Focused GTM means you master 2 channels that actually work.
Map Your Funnel
Define conversion stages from awareness to paid. Set realistic conversion rate targets at each stage. Connect integrations to track real numbers.
Why this matters: If you don't know where people drop off, you can't fix it. A mapped funnel shows exactly where to focus.
Execute Daily
Log outreach activities every day. Track weekly metrics against industry benchmarks. Get coaching when things aren't working. Adjust and iterate.
Why this matters: Marketing is a daily practice, not a one-time plan. Consistency beats perfection. 30 posts beats 3 perfect ones.
Running Alongside
The eight steps are the plan. These do the work.
You do not have to finish the journey before any of this is useful. Each one reads whatever you have filled in so far, and says plainly what it is missing rather than inventing it.
A brand voice
Archetype, contrast pairs and rules with reasons. Every draft, ad and creative is written from it, which is the difference between copy that is yours and copy that is anyone's.
Video and image creatives
Reels, Shorts, carousels, quote cards and link-preview images built from your brand — as projects you render yourself, so nothing leaves your machine.
Ads and analytics
Campaigns created paused on Meta and Google Ads, and per-stage funnel drop-off read from GA4, Firebase or PostHog rather than guessed at.
The founder diary
A day-by-day record with a streak beside it, and milestone reports at 7, 30, 180 and 365 days you can download.
Agency-grade audits
Three scored reports with ranked findings — your website, your competitive position, and your own journey data.
Your AI tools
Run all of it from Claude, Cursor, Codex or ChatGPT over MCP, or from the web app. The data is the same either way.
