Execution Dashboard

What you did, what it produced, and whether this week beat last week.

The problem this solves

Week one you posted every day. By week three you have posted nothing, because nothing visible happened and the feedback loop in marketing is far too slow to feel. The work was probably fine. It just never looked like progress.

What it does

Every activity is logged against the product it was for: messages sent, replies, demos booked, deals closed. The dashboard puts the effort and the outcome next to each other, which is what makes an invisible month visible.

What you end up with

The output, not the description. This is what exists in your account after you use it.

  • A running log of activity per product, with the outcome attached to the action.
  • Weekly totals set against the week before, so a flat week is obvious rather than felt.
  • Streaks and gaps — a gap is information, and hiding it makes an inconsistent month look solid.
  • The numbers that feed the coach, the benchmarks and the lifecycle emails.

How to use it

  1. 1

Log the action when you do it

A log written at the end of the week is a reconstruction. The dashboard takes an entry in seconds so it can be done in the moment.

  2. 2

    Attach outcomes as they arrive

A reply three days later belongs to the message that earned it. That link is what makes a channel measurable.

  3. 3

Read the week, not the day

Marketing does not move daily. The weekly comparison is the smallest window that means anything.
