Founder Diary

A per-day record of what you did and what it achieved, for 365 days.

Included on the Free plan3 MCP tools

The problem this solves

Three months in you cannot remember what you did in month one, whether it worked, or why you stopped. So you repeat the dead ends and cannot tell an investor, or yourself, what actually moved.

What it does

Each day has two halves that never mix: what the platform captured — activity, steps completed, leads, content, metrics — and what you wrote yourself. Days freeze when they end, so editing a lead in March does not silently rewrite a diary entry from January.

What you end up with

The output, not the description. This is what exists in your account after you use it.

  • One entry per day per product, with the captured half derived and the written half yours.
  • Streaks, and the gaps — a gap is information, and hiding it makes an inconsistent month look solid.
  • Milestone reports at 7, 30, 180 and 365 days, as PDFs.

How to use it

  1. 1

Write two lines at the end of the day

What you did and what it achieved. The captured half is filled in for you.

  2. 2

    Let the empty days show

They are rendered rather than skipped. A month with holes in it is the thing worth seeing.

  3. 3

Pull the report at 30 days

It is the first point where the record says something your memory would not.
