Ads & Analytics

A first paid campaign that does not waste the budget on setup mistakes.

The problem this solves

Most first campaigns fail before anyone sees the creative. No conversion tracking, no pixel, an audience defined as everyone, and a landing page that answers none of the questions the ad raised. The money goes, and you learn nothing you can act on.

What it does

Campaigns are built against your persona and offer, checked by guardrails before anything spends, and launched on Meta or Google Ads. Conversion tracking is set up first — pixel, Conversions API and GA4 — so the result is attributable rather than a story you tell afterwards.

What you end up with

The output, not the description. This is what exists in your account after you use it.

  • A campaign with audience, budget and creative, previewed before it goes live.
  • A guardrail check that names what would waste the spend, run before launch rather than after.
  • Conversion tracking wired end to end, so a click that becomes a customer is visible as one.
  • Results per campaign, joined to the funnel rather than sitting in a separate dashboard.

How to use it

  1. 1

Set up tracking before you spend anything

A campaign without conversion tracking cannot be judged, so every result from it is an opinion.

  2. 2

    Run the guardrail check

It names the setup problems that make a first campaign fail regardless of how good the creative is.

  3. 3

Launch small and read the funnel, not the platform

The ad platform reports clicks. Your funnel reports whether any of them became customers.
